After collecting feathers yesterday I youtube how to make quills! Firstly place in boiling sand overnight to remove the oils!
Then cut the pen!
Then enjoy writing! I find some facts about quills, and one was that goose was the feather of choice, perfect as that is what we used!
Then we made some Indian hats!
